The Breakthrough Coaches™ Program

Coaching as a profession is gaining greater and greater acceptance. Estimates place the number of coaches at between 30,000 and 50,000 worldwide and growing.  The two biggest challenges that coaches have are:  1) Marketing themselves in order to build a viable coaching practice and 2) Differentiating themselves from each other in order to carve out a profitable niche.

Breakthrough Coaches™ Certification addresses both these challenges because it:

  • Trains coaches in the best goal achievement system in the world (The Monthly Mentor™ system)
  • Gives coaches who complete the apprenticeship program the certified designation of BTC
  • Handles back office administration and financial processing for coaches, thus freeing them from the most tedious    aspects of growing their business. (Of course, this means that BTC coaches must sign up their clients to the    Monthly Mentor™  program)
  • Provides qualifying coaches -  with Monthly Mentor™ clients who want one-on-one coaching -  to help them get their     business started (based on supply and demand, and suitability of matching client to coach)

In addition, coaches who get certified receive their own PI® Assessment.  This is a proven, scientifically-validated behavioral assessment tool.  They can also offer each of their clients who are enrolled in BTC client (MM) program a free PI assessment as well. This is a Breakthrough Coaches™ exclusive – no other coach has access to this remarkable coaching tool.

How the Program Works

After you sign up and complete the 4-day intensive training you receive a certificate of completion.   Plus, to get certified, you must join the BTC Business Program. Certification is based on our assessment of your recorded coaching sessions and the successful completion of a simple online exam that you complete to determine you retained the required knowledge. Only certified coaches in the BTC Business Program are eligible to have clients referred to them through the BTC program.

  • Specializing and defining specific target niches to help differentiate each coach in his/her market
  • Articulating a powerful and compelling value proposition
